Objective

Create a unified global sales collateral system that strengthened POLITICO’s brand presence while enabling sales teams to efficiently communicate products, partnerships and sponsorship opportunities across markets.

Approach

I led the redesign and standardization of POLITICO’s sales collateral ecosystem, including pitch decks, product one-pagers, sponsorship materials, and event sales assets. Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing and Media Solutions leadership, I developed a scalable presentation framework that could be adapted for VIP client pitches, flagship events, regional programs and product-specific initiatives.

The system balanced flexibility and customization with brand consistency, enabling teams to create compelling client-facing materials while maintaining a cohesive visual identity across the organization.
